LBCG was formed to create a new more collaborative management consulting model that brings the best from both the public and private sectors. We want to address the complex social, economic and environmental issues facing our population, organizations and country.
What has brought our team together is a shared understanding that creating positive change through our work comes before the firm's bottom line. If we first and foremost do good work, the rest will follow suit.

Social Impact
In addition to our client projects, we have internal initiatives to create social impact. We leverage our collective skills, position and resources to address issues that none of us can tackle alone. Sample initiatives include:
Refugee Sponsorship
Our team sponsored a refugee family. Sponsorship requires a contribution of a set level of funds, but it also requires time, care and action to support the family through their first year in a new country. Our staff and many of their life partners made personal commitments to welcome the family and help them transition to their new life in Toronto; helping to run errands, find housing and opportunities, and navigate the TTC, and the firm collectively supported the sponsorship with the funds required. Now many years later, it has been fantastic to keep in touch with the family and seeing them flourish here.
